When it comes to sending you invoices, we are quite pleased to offer you many, many choices.

First let’s discuss how often you would like to receive your invoices. Each order you place generates an invoice.  Your options in receiving invoices are as follows:

• Printing your own invoice immediately from our on line ordering site
• Holding invoices to send to you weekly
• Holding invoices to send to you monthly
• Holding invoices to send to you bi-monthly (this is our standard method)

Now let’s discuss the number of ways you can receive those invoices:

• Regular mail
• Fax
• Emailed
• Via our website

Ever Wonder….

Why at times you receive so many packages for a delivery?

 

Here’s the answer. We try to have all the merchandise within 3 of our Atlanta warehouses. But sometimes we are out of stock on a product within those facilities. That’s when we pull from one of our 3 other warehouse facilities, which happen to be located in Birmingham, Alabama and 2 in Charlotte, NC.

There are cut off times to receive merchandise the next day from the different facilities. Here’s a breakdown of those cut off times:

Atlanta Warehouses:     you have until 7pm to place your order to receive next day delivery

Birmingham, AL:              you have until 5:30 to place your order to receive next day delivery

Charlotte, NC:                   you have until 4:30 to place your order to receive next day delivery

Each warehouse facility is responsible for wrapping and labeling the package with your information. Then at 4:45am your ticket is marked with the total number of packages that particular order contains.

So what’s the best time for you to place your orders with Artlite. Of course anytime you wish, however by placing your order by 4:30 you are ensured of getting 100% of your order the next day. Unless we are completely out of stock on an item, then you’ll receive a call or email from us informing you about that out of stock item.
